These terms govern your use of aisalesaccelerator.net and any coaching services provided by AI Sales Accelerator, operated by Eden Gauci (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What we offer

AI Sales Accelerator provides sales coaching and consulting services for AI founders, builders, and technical entrepreneurs. This includes free educational resources (like the SYSTEM Framework guide), strategy calls, and paid 1:1 coaching programs. The specific scope of any paid engagement is defined in a separate agreement at the time of purchase.

2. No guarantee of results

We are honest about this: sales outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, your product, your market, your effort, and timing among them. Any results mentioned on this site (revenue figures, number of calls closed, etc.) reflect real client experiences but are not typical and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve. We will give you a real system and real coaching. The results are yours to create.

3. Free resources

Free guides and frameworks we publish (including the SYSTEM Framework) are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use the ideas freely. You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute the content as your own without written permission.

4. Strategy calls

Strategy calls are offered at no charge and carry no obligation. They are exploratory conversations, not a pitch session. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule calls at our discretion. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via the link in your confirmation email.

5. Paid coaching (when applicable)

Terms for paid coaching engagements, including pricing, payment schedules, cancellation, and refund policies, are set out in the coaching agreement provided before any payment is taken. In general:

• →We do not offer refunds on completed sessions
• →Cancellation terms vary by program and are stated clearly before you commit
• →We reserve the right to end an engagement if terms are violated

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site (copy, frameworks, design, and code) is owned by AI Sales Accelerator unless otherwise stated. You may share links to our content. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our site content without prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• →Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• →Use automated tools to scrape or extract content at scale

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Sales Accelerator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Sales Accelerator operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in good faith between both parties before any formal proceedings are considered.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
